Sharyn is a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator and has been licensed in the state of Florida since 2009.  She also currently holds licenses in NJ and PA.  She started her career in real estate as a title agent.  She and her co partner Ellen Peoples, opened Peoples Title of South Florida in 2003.  She moved into mortgage lending, starting at the bottom and working her way up, reaching Top Producer for 3 consecutive quarters in 2022.  She began her education career in 2015 teaching homebuyer seminars to prospective borrowers and her Mortgage Bootcamp Class to realtors.  She has been actively involved with the Broward, Palm Beach and St Lucie Realtor Association since 2020.  She has served on such committees as Community Outreach, Professional Development and was the Affiliate Chair and Affiliate Member of the Year in 2021.

Sharyn also is a professional musical theatre actress and has been performing in Florida since she was 18.  She has a passion to educate and empower the people in her industry and to give back to her community after having a successful mortgage career for over 13 years.
